My holistic therapeutic approach emphasizes the mind-body-spirit connection and is informed by modalities including Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness based psychotherapy.
Since each person and their life experiences are so unique, I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. While one modality might prove effective for some, it may not be equally beneficial to others.
